Teaser Tuesday

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading.  It will most likey become a staple on this blog as well as I think it is fun!  Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

•Grab your current read

•Open to a random page

•Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page

•BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS!

•Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

"Let me at this point mention that I'm a very, very bad liar. I can't do it. My face flushes. I stutter. I avert my eyes. In school I'd had a couple of detentions, but as far as being in trouble, that was about it. The sight of a polive officer at my foor, and basically I felt like I was going to pass out from anxiety."
